Huge tartar cover lower teeth.

After professional tooth cleaning. Under the tartar the inflammation of the gum can be seen. The healing of gum is achievable with good oral hygiene. |

The patient's request was to avoid the gap between central incisors. Old discolored fillings are in the upper right ( left on the picture) lateral incisor .

The gap was adjusted by aesthetic fillings. On the lateral incisor the old fillings are replaced.

Because of periodontal disease the upper right centralt incisor and upper left central and lateral incisor had to be extracted.

The front teeth were replaced by metal ceramic bridge. The roll of the right canine was also corrected.

Just a little discoloration can be seen on the left lower molar. |
After the romoving of the enamal layer found an expansive caries. Typical of the cavity a small gap, while the underlying carious dentin is much greater. |

Previously ceramic fused to metal bridge. Size difference observed between incisors, the dissymetry cause an inharmonious smile.

Drawing the horizontal line (bipupillar line) with photo editing software seems even more the problem. |
